Explore the world of Rindi, a fashion designer for over 50 years, and discover a timeless, evergreen style.

Welcome to the future.

Fashion is a way of living, of thinking and of relating to an age or a community, and it is in itself fleeting, ephemeral, short-lived.

There are quotes that we often embrace and help us in our choices.

One should be a work of art, or wear a work of art. (Oscar Wilde)

Every generation laughs at the old fashions, but follows religiously the new.  (Henry David Thoreau)

You can have anything you want in life if you dress for it. (Edit Head)

What does it mean to have class; it means having class.

This is our point of view.

LONDON

Blitz

The Blitz was only open from 1979 to 1980 but it helped bring to life the New Romance scene (Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet) and became a favourite spot with those who did not identify with the rampant punk movement.

NEW YORK
Studio 54

In the late Seventies, Studio 54 was the place you had to go to, when in New York. On any night, you could meet such celebrities as Andy Warhol, Liz Taylor, Liza Minnelli or Elton John, to mention just a few.

IBIZA
Privilege

The Privilege has a unique selling point: a pool in its midst. It’s the biggest club in Ibiza, and in 1980 it was considered to be on a par with Studio 54, in terms of style and customers.

PARIS
Costes Cafè

American music is a huge hit in France, in the first months of 1984: Irene Cara, Michael Jackson, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Break Machine, to mention just a few. A big jolt on French tradition, which does not take kindly to the influence of the star-spangled nation.

ROMA
Piper

The Piper instantly sprang to attention as the hub of Rome’s dolce vita, attracting celebrities from the show business and the world of art, as well as socialites.

MILAN
Plastic

Opened in December 1980, the place also made itself known as a hangout for world-famous artists and celebrities: Madonna, Elton John, Andy Warhol, Freddie Mercury, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Keith Haring, who, along with Grace Jones, flew over there just for the evening.
